Back off the road sporting prized new swag from KC-born the Critterz.  These guys! Danceable, 50s, radio-pop rebellion.  Stewart’s hooks showcase an exuberant, slightly campy Kate Pierson-esque mashup of sultry Susanna Hoff's jangle-pop and the twangy, outlaw confidence of Nikki Lane.  All wrapped in that Rockpile, Farfisa icing.  I caught chief marmot Stewart’s costumed crew a while back at a back yard house party — Sooooo much fun!   

A perfect bookend for the newest Bill'sEye Cinema short film (already accepted for screening at the London Vision Film Festival and the Alpine International Film Festival in Bern, Switzerland; others pending).   You may notice several Club Medici veterans and one particularly notable book-nook 😎. BillsEye’s previous no-dialogue film, Keeper, ran in numerous international festivals.
